 Adult’s Palmoplantar Pustulosis (PPP) Study

Who Can Participate? 

Adults at least 18 years of age inclusive with palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP), may be eligible.

Inclusion Criteria 

  • Must have a PPP diagnosis for at least 24 weeks
  • Must have pustules on the palms of the hands and/or soles of the feet (with more than 5 active white-yellow pustules)
  • May have a history of plaque psoriasis (PSO), or concomitant plaque PSO if limited to ≤10% BSA, and cannot have plaque PSO present on palms and soles

Participant Information 

  • No cost to participate or receive study treatment
  • Regular visits with study doctors who are familiar with treating palmoplantar pustulosis
  • Will receive investigational injected medication (active study drug) or placebo
  • Reimbursement for study-related expenses may be provided

How Long Will The Study Last? 

  • Participation will last about 117 weeks and involve about 29 visits to the study research site (or as home dosing visits)
