 Adult’s Psoriasis Study (5 Years) 

Who Can Participate? 

Adults aged 40 or above with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis may participate. 

Inclusion Criteria 

  • Psoriasis on 10% or greater body surface area 
  • One or more of the following should apply 
  • Current cigarette smoker (vaping does not qualify) 
  • Diagnosis of hypertension or dyslipidemia 
  • Use of blood pressure-lowering medications or lipid-lowering medications 
  • Type 1 or type 2 diabetes 
  • Have had heart surgery, cardiac arrest, or stroke 
  • Obesity (body mass index ≥ 30 kg/m2) 
  • Family history of heart attacks in a relative younger than 55 or a female immediate family member younger than 65 

Participant Information 

  • Participate and receive study treatment at no cost 
  • Regular visits with study doctors who specialise in treating psoriasis (up to 13 visits) 
  • Will receive either an investigative oral or subcutaneous treatment (study drug) 
  • Reimbursement for study-related expenses may be provided 

How Long Will The Study Last? 

  • Approximately 5 years
