Study ID: CA43-20210263 for Atopic Dermatitis (Eczema)

Summary

Hand eczema

The True-CHE Study is looking at whether an investigational cream is safe and works in people with Chronic Hand Eczema (C.H.E.). The study will also look at how well tolerated the investigational cream is. “Well tolerated” means whether you can “put up with” any side effects.

We plan to enroll a wide variety of participants because C.H.E. and medications may affect people differently based on their age, sex, gender, and race or ethnicity.

You, or someone you know, may be able to
take part if you/they:

•  are 18 years of age or older
•  have been diagnosed with CHE for at least 6 months
•  have been previously prescribed treatment for CHE, or were told that CHE therapy was not the right choice for you/them.

The study will run for up to 40 weeks (9–10 months) and you may visit the study center up to 10 times.

This study has been approved by an Institutional Review Board (IRB)/Ethics Committee (EC), which protects the rights, safety, and well-being of
study participants.
