Study ID: ACT17967 for Hidradenitis Suppurativa

Summary

Hidradenitis Supperativa

SimcoDerm Clinical Trials is currently recruiting for a clinical trial with an investigational subcutaneous injection for hidradenitis suppurativa (HS).

If oral treatments for HS haven’t worked out for you, researchers are searching for an alternative – and you can help
them find it.

Eligible participants will:

• be adults aged 18-70 years
• have a body weight within ≥40kg and ≤150kg
• have had signs and symptoms consistent with HS for at least 1 year
• have HS lesions present in at least 2 distinct anatomic areas
• have had inadequate response to a trial of an oral antibiotic HS treatment, a recurrence of HS after discontinuation, or an intolerance to antibiotics
• not have a diagnosis of other inflammatory conditions

There is no cost to participate.
Qualified participants will have regular visits with study doctors who specialize in treating HS.

Participation will last about 36 weeks and involve about 9 visits to
the study research site, with the possibility of an optional, 80-week extension period.
